1. Why do I have to clean the carpets and how often to do so?

Carpet Steam or Dry cleaning should be performed at least twice a year. The reason is not only hygiene but also allowing the carpet to last longer and preserving its life with Scotch-guard application.

2. Can I steam clean all upholstery items?

Steam cleaning is applied to upholstery/carpets that are made of synthetic fibres or mixture ones. It involves high pressurised water and detergents that can damage the natural or more delicate materials. Yet, steam cleaning is a very effective method of cleaning for heavily soiled and dirty upholstery.

3. What is the difference between dry professional cleaning and the one in the Dry cleaners?

Our Dry cleaning is called "Dry" because it involves a minimum amount of moisture and eco-friendly detergents. It is perfect for preservation and maintenance of delicate and natural fibres of your carpet, upholstery or curtains. We apply it ONLY in such occasions. The Dry Cleaners use strong chemicals on both natural and synthetic materials. This may result in colour change, damage or even health allergy and asthma.

4. Where to bring the curtains?

We do not treat curtains in our office. We clean them while hanging. This will save you time and effort to put them down and up again.

5. Why should I use a Scotchgard Protector?

This protective layer is applied on brand new or freshly cleaned items such as carpets, pieces of upholstery, curtains. It seals up the upper layer of the fabric, that will prevent water or other dirt particles from penetration. This will make maintenance easier as you have to wipe only with a dry soft cloth and prolong the need of professional clean.

6. Do you move furniture?

We move furniture within reason. We would happily move all the small items like chairs, coffee tables or easily movable staff.

7. How do I pay?

We normally accept cash upon completion and we send the receipt for payment via e-mail. Yet, there is an option to pay via bank transfer, when customers are not available at the end of the clean.
